3. Vehicle — Refers to any car listed for sale on our platform, whether new, used, or imported.

2. Vehicle Listings & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate details, specifications, mileage, and history reports for every vehicle. However, minor discrepancies may occur. Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles in person or request additional information before purchase.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made before vehicle delivery. Financing options are available through approved partners and subject to credit checks.

4. Deposits & Reservations

A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Prime Motors.

5. Delivery & Collection

Vehicles can be collected from our showroom or delivered nationwide within Ireland. Delivery timelines vary depending on stock availability and, in the case of imported cars, customs clearance and VRT (Vehicle Registration Tax) processing.

6. Vehicle Registration & Compliance

Imported cars will be registered with Irish plates and comply with local road safety standards. Prime Motors assists customers with VRT, NCT certification (if applicable), and necessary documentation.

7. Warranty & After-Sales

All vehicles are sold with a standard warranty. Extended warranty options may be available at an additional cost. Warranty coverage does not include routine wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the vehicle.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Once a vehicle is registered in the customer’s name, returns or cancellations are not accepted unless required by Irish consumer law. Customers are encouraged to review vehicle condition and documentation prior to finalizing the purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

Prime Motors shall not be held liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of use, or any incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased vehicle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
